Set on the sprawling grounds of the La Vista Golf and Country Club, La Vista Towers rises from the greens as three asymmetrical towers, each offset from the next. Like figures in conversation, one form responds to another, turning just enough to protect each home’s privacy while opening its views to the fairways beyond. At the top of every tower, a sky-spa floats above the landscape; at the ground, pools and patios flow out into the club’s lush green spaces. This is yūgō: home, landscape, and wellbeing fused from the ground to the sky.
The golf course is the building’s true façade. The towers are placed and offset so that every residence looks out across greens and fairways, and at ground level the pool and patio amenities keep a continuous visual connection with the club’s lush public green areas. Nature is not a view from a distance—it is where daily life begins.
Life in Puebla has long gathered around the patio, the garden, and the shared moments of the day. La Vista carries that way of living into the vertical: ground-floor pools and patios for family and friends, and at the top of each tower, a sky-spa for rest and renewal, complete with sun deck, wet deck, and a professionally appointed residence spa.
Puebla is one of Mexico’s most storied cities, known for its craftsmanship and its gracious architecture. La Vista Towers brings a contemporary chapter to that tradition: a quiet, carefully layered architecture that belongs to its landscape rather than competing with it.
The three central towers are asymmetrical in character and offset from one another, allowing one form to respond to the next. This carefully choreographed arrangement protects the privacy of every unit while preserving long views to the greens and fairways beyond.
The building volumes are wrapped in several apparent and suggested layers of low-E glass, metal panel, and rendered surfaces, creating a building envelope that is dynamic yet unassuming.
The Sky-Spas: At the top of each tower, a sky-spa complete with sun deck, wet deck, and a professionally appointed residence spa, suspended above the golf course.
Pools and Patios: Ground-floor pool and patio amenities that extend the residences into the club’s green landscape.
Layered Envelope: Low-E glass, metal panels, and rendered surfaces arranged in layers, giving the towers depth and changing character through the day.
