Park Meets Pattern

On the edge of La Mexicana Park, an ecological oasis in the heart of Santa Fe, ELEVATE rises from a central body of water. Its façades embrace the colorful geometric patterns that Mexican artists and craftsmen have drawn from nature for centuries, blurring the line between the man-made and the natural. This is yūgō: park, art, and city fused into an urban residential sanctuary, balancing the energy of Mexico City with the calm of resort living.

Approach
01

Nature

La Mexicana Park is a lush parkland of indigenous planting, anchored at one end by a large lake, with interactive waterways and fountains meandering through it. ELEVATE extends this landscape upward: the towers rise from their own central water body, bringing the tranquility, peace, and serenity of the park into daily life, high above the city.

Nature
02

Culture

Mexico’s textiles and art celebrate nature through rich, sophisticated geometric patterns and colors. ELEVATE graciously embraces and echoes these figures in its architecture, so the towers read as a visual celebration unique to Mexico—art and building woven into one.

Culture
03

History

Over the centuries, Mexican artists and craftsmen have drawn inspiration from a rich myriad of indigenous flora and fauna, creating textiles and art that honor this national pride. ELEVATE carries that centuries-old tradition into a new era of urban living, reinterpreting it at the scale of the contemporary city.

Architectural Design Philosophy

ELEVATE is conceived as a resort-style urban sanctuary: towers rising from a central, energetic water body at the edge of an ecological park. Their façades translate the geometric patterns and colors of Mexican textile art into architecture, blurring the lines between the man-made and nature itself.

Signature Design Features

Pattern Façades: Geometric figures inspired by centuries-old Mexican textiles and art give the towers their identity.

Rising from the Water: A central water body anchors the development, echoing the lake and waterways of La Mexicana Park.

Resort-Style Living: A myriad of contemporary concierge-style services and amenities caters to the needs, whims, and desires of residents.

Landscape Integration

“Welcome to ELEVATE—an urban residential sanctuary in the heart of La Mexicana, where nature, art, and modern city living rise to a new level.”
